Having spent the last decade until July 2004 coordinating the ACCTS ministry in Central and Eastern Europe, we are currently seconded to Alpha USA as their National Director for Alpha for the Military.
Concurrently, we remain on the ACCTS field staff and have re-roled as their staff members for the Alpha course, with a world wide remit to encourage the armed forces of the world to give every one of their members the opportunity to attend an Alpha course. We are working hand in hand with Alpha International in London, England, in this role. On 1 January 2005 Alpha courses are being carried out in the armed forces of 6 nations and a further 13 enquired about the course during the AMCF World Conference in Seoul, Korea in September 2004.
In both our ACCTS and Alpha ministry we will continue to work intimately closely with Accts MMI, England and MSO-AMCF, Korea, as well as with all other military Christian ministries and national MCFs.
Our many friends and contacts in Central and Eastern Europe remain very close to our hearts and we pray that our new ministry role will not erode these relationships. Naturally, we are praying that one of the ministry areas that the Lord will open up for the Alpha course will be in Europe.
